Homhero’s Bulk Submit Good Guest feature helps you complete Airbnb host reviews quickly using pre-saved review templates – no more doing them one at a time. Here’s how it works in practice:

1. Guest Check-Out: Once a guest finishes their stay at one of your properties, their visit is complete.
   
2. Host Review Appears: Airbnb creates a pending host review for that guest, which shows up automatically in your Homhero Dashboard. Hosts have 14 days to submit their review.
   
3. Bulk Submit Your Reviews: Using the Bulk Submit Good Guest tool, you can respond to multiple pending reviews at once. This is perfect for busy hosts who want to save time while maintaining consistent, professional reviews.
   
4. Excluding Bad Guests: Any guests flagged as “Bad Guests” in Homhero are automatically skipped by the bulk process, so you can review them individually if needed.
