What does the Homhero Referral Partner Program offer?
You are an existing Homhero client and have peers within the short-term rental accommodation industry that need the best possible PMS and Channel Manager. We are able to offer discounted onboarding for your referred partner, an attractive commission-based referral incentive for you. We will ensure that any clients that you refer will receive the best experience from their PMS provider.
How does the Homhero Referral Partner Program work?
The Referrer, an existing Homhero client, must introduce their prospective client to a Homhero staff member using the dedicated online Partner referral form. Our team will then be in touch with the Referrer to confirm receipt, before engaging with the prospective client to ensure that Homhero will meet their needs.
For referred clients who are onboarded to Homhero, the Referrer will receive a 5% commission of the referred client’s monthly Homhero platform fees for the first 12 months of billings. Commission is issued to the Referrer as account credit towards their monthly Homhero platform fees.
The Referred Client also receives a $450AUD discount in the form of credit towards their onboarding fee.

Terms and Conditions
- A ‘Referrer’ must be an existing Homhero client with a tenure of at least three months
- The referral incentive applies for new clients only, if existing or past clients are referred the Referrer will not be eligible for the incentive.
- The Referrer qualifies for their incentive payment, in the form of credit, after their referred client’s ‘onboarding graduation’ with Homhero, which is three months from the date of the client account going live. Referral credit will be applied for the 12 months from the ‘onboarding graduation’ date, or the date at which the referred client terminates their agreement with Homhero, whichever comes first.
- Referral commission is issued as credit towards Homhero platform fees and is not transferable for cash.
- The incentive credit can only be used toward monthly Homhero platform invoices and cannot be applied to onboarding fees or any other Homhero services.
